Do you have other Pergola designs or sizes?
We can make pergolas, or other timber structures, as simple or complex as you want. If there are elements you want that you can’t see on the website please contact us, and one of our designers would be happy to assist you. We create a 3D design for all our custom projects that will allow you to see exactly what your structure will look like before we even start.
Every effort is made to have a quote ready for you within 48 hours.
How long will it take to receive my pergola once I place the order?
The shipping time for most of our products is 2 to 4 weeks unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Each pergola is built on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How does the pergola kit come to my house?
We deliver anywhere in southern Ontario, however, if you do not reside in the GTA additional charges will need to be added.
Country Log Homes will deliver your kit by truck and trailer and unload it as close to your site as we can. This service does not include installation unless otherwise purchased.
How difficult is installation? Can you install for me?
Will the pergola need to be stained or water sealed?
To protect your pergola and keep it looking it's best we recommend staining it once the first year, then every 3-5 years thereafter (should pressure wash first).
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer refunds or returns. All of our pergolas are cut to order with options specific to each customer, therefore no returns or refunds are accepted. All sales are final.
Pergola Site Preparation
Our pergolas should be installed on piers, sonotubes, or a concrete pad even if your local municipality doesn’t require it.
Our pergolas & pavilions are heavy and while they won't tip over or blow away if they're not fastened down, they may settle and become unleveled. If your existing surface is not level, you may need to cut a little off one or more of your posts.
Remember, the size of your pergola is measured to the outside corners of the posts. The overhanging beams and runners extend 12" beyond that. This is important to keep in mind and to consider any surrounding fences or walls.
